Ingredients Needed
For Making Protien Bar :-

Almonds
2.
Cashwenuts
3.
Walnuts
4.
Raisins
5.
Peanuts
6.
1 Spoon Of Oats
7.
Some Honey
8.
Water
9.
Sugar
Procedure:-
1.
Firstly guys you have to collect all the nuts
into the bowl and crush it according as much you like and don’t crush too much
because after crushing too much its becomes tasteless .
2.
Then you have to take a pan then put the nuts
into the pan and roast them until its takes some golden color.
3.
Then in the roasted nuts you have you have take
it in the bowl and in the bowl you have to put 2 spoon of honey and mix it well
until its look sticky.

In the
same pan you have to add some sugar as much you like and add 2 spoon of water
so the sugar will not burn then melt the sugar properly its takes the
consistency like the caramel .

Then put all the nuts with honey into sugar
mixture and mix it well and close the flame now you can take molts for
providing shapes for protein bars.

You can use normal plate also but it should be
deep then put all the material into the plate or moult and spread it in each
and every corner of the moult or a plate.

Then freeze them for just about 3 hours.

Then when you see it was set take out from the
fridge and cut into pieces or a bar and now you can store it for 20 days
without freezing them but at some cool area.

Your protein bars is ready to eat now you can
carry your protein bars with jym and give to your children and also give to you
family.

You can store it for 20 days but I recommend you
to make freshly.
