So, hey guys I am Khushal here today I am going to provide
you the recipe of special kesar kheer which you can enjoy in few minutes after
making it’s a very traditional sweet dish so here I am first providing you some
ingredients which was required to make special kesar kheer which you can enjoy
on any event.
So, let gets started with the ingredients first.

2 litre Boiled Full Cream Milk

1 Bowl of washed rice and soaked for 15 min

4 Small Elichi
4.
Small Bowl Of Chopped Dry Fruits- Hazelnuts ,
Almonds, Resins
5.
500 Gram Of Sugar

5-6 Thread Of Kessar

Some Finally Chopped Pista For Garnishing
Procedure
1.
Take a big bowl and put 2 litres of boiled milk
then transfer the milk into the utensil or you can use big sause pan then open
the flame at full just wait for a small boil then put 1 bowl of washed rice
into the milk we have to cook it for 20-25 minutes on the slow flame and we
have to stir after every 2 minutes.

After 25 minutes then we have to take small bowl
and put 2-3 spoons of milk into the small bowl then we have to add 5-6 thread
of kesar into the small bowl then we have to mix it well with the help of spoon
so its releases their beautiful color and flavor then we have to put this
mixture into the rice and milk mixture then we have to mix it well.

After mixing it well we have to add had 4 small
elichi and then we have to mix it well.

Then after 2-3 minutes we have to take one bowl
and then we have to chopped some dry fruits like – hazelnuts, almonds and
resins.

Then we have to put these all the chopped dry
fruits into the kheer mixture then we have to mix it well then we have to again
wait for 5-10 minutes and we have to stir continuously.

After waiting 5-10 Minutes then we have to
finally add the 500 grams of sugar into the kheer mixture then we have to mix
it well.

Then after mixing we have to wait for 4-5
minutes and make the flame slow and cook it on slow flame.

Then after 4-5 minutes we have to close the
flame but we don’t have to eat right now firstly we have to put one plate on
the sauce pan for the 15 minutes so the steam of the special kheer creates the
beautiful smell of elichi and kessar.

After waiting 15 minutes you have to wait for
the kheer until its temperature comes at room temperature.
10.
When the special kheer temperature comes at room
temperature then you have to take one big bowl and collect all the kheer into
the big bowl then you have to refridgerate the kheer for 30-45 minutes you can
check after every 20 minutes when the kessar kheer is cool then take out the
bowl from the refidgerator and its ready to be served.

Then finally take your favourate bowl.

And then put the chilled special kessar kheer
into you favourate bowl and put some finally chopped pista on the top for the
garnishing and it ready to served and enjoy.
13.
And finally in the last step you can enjoy the
special chilled kessar kheer.
